2LP is a local CBD dispensary based in Charlotte. I was tasked with developing branding guidelines from scratch which included logo designs, color schemes, and a multitude of digital assets to help gain a customer following and base. The owner had the idea of developing an exclusive club for its members and wanted the branding guidelines to have an upper echelon feel to his marketing campaign. Along with this, I was tasked with developing an upcoming merchandise drop.
2LP had an idea ready to go for his first product titled "Knucklez" after Sonic The Hedgehog. I started out with some rough sketches and wanted to make sure the main aspects of the character were highlighted. I came up with a custom font as well for the packaging. Since the character Knuckles has spikes on his fist, I wanted to be sure to incorporate this feature into the text as much as possible. I next wanted to incorporate the color scheme of the character into the product design.
